REGULATION ( EEC) No 3375 / 73 OF THE COUNCIL ot 10 December 1973 on the importation into the Community of certain agricultural products origi­ nating in Turkey

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Articles 43 The customs duties applicable on importation into and 113 thereof ; the Community of products listed in Annex I origi­ nating in Turkey, shall be reduced to the extent indi­ cated in the said Annex .
