REGULATION ( EEC) No 3410/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 18 December 1973 on long-term private storage aid of certain table wine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN sion of long-term contracts should be authorized for COMMUNITIES , wine which has been the subject of a short-term contract concluded between 1 December 1973 and the date of entry into force of this Regulation ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No ment Committee for Wines , 816/70 (') of 28 April 1970 , laying down additional provisions for the common organization of the market in wine as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2592/73 (2), and in particular Articles 5 (6) and 6 (4) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : thereof ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
