fixing the reference prices for wines for the period from 16 December 1973 to 15

December 1974

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, according to the Regulation (EEC) No

COMMUNITIES, 816/70 Article 9 ( 1 ), third subparagraph, reference

prices are also fixed for wines which have particular

characteristics or those destined for particular end Having regard to the Treaty establishing the uses ; whereas, in order to take account of this European Economic Community ; obligation it is fitting to fix reference prices for,
