July 1973 , as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3321 / 73 (4 ) ; Article 2 Whereas Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3339/73 (5) of 11 December 1973 , fixed the activating price for table This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its wines for the period of 16 December 1973 to 15 publication in the Official Journal of the European December 1974 ; whereas these prices serve as the Communities. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
