REGULATION (EEC) No 3467/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 17 December 1973 on the temporary suspension of the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty for mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg falling within subheading No ex 88.02 B II c)

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular From 1 January 1974 to 31 December 1974 the Article 28 thereof; autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty for mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg falling within subheading No After consulting the Commission; ex 88.02 B II c) shall be totally suspended.

Article 2 Whereas the autonomous duty on mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg should be totally suspended for the period This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January from 1 January to 31 December 1974, 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
