REGULATION (EEC) No 3468 /73 OF THE COUNCIL of 17 December 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2798/73 concluding the Association Agreement with Mauritius

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Sole Article European Economic Community ; Article 2 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2798/73 of Whereas by Regulation (EEC) No 2798/73 (1 ) of 14 14 May 1973 , concluding the Association Agreement May 1973 , the Council concluded the Association with Mauritius shall be replaced by the following : Agreement concerning the Accession of Mauritius to the Yaounde Convention ( 1969) (2); whereas Article 2 'Article 2 of that Regulation lays down the internal procedures of the Community for the completion of the procedure of conclusion of the Agreement; As from 14 May 1973 , the President of the Council shall be authorized to designate the Whereas the date of entry into force of the persorf empowered to deposit the act of aforementioned Regulation cannot be determinant of notification of the conclusion of the Agreement, the date of the completion of these internal in accordance with Article 4 of the Association procedures, Agreement.'

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
