REGULATION ( EEC No 3545 / 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 December 1973 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 320/73 as regards the list of representative markets for adult bovine animals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/ 68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 87/73 (2 ), and in particular Article I Article 10 (6) thereof ; Rotterdam is deleted from the list of representative Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 320/ 73 (3) markets for adult bovine animals in item H 1 of of 31 January 1973 on the determination of prices of Annex II to Regulation ( EEC) No 320 /73 . calves and adult bovine animals on representative Community markets lays down the list of representa­ tive markets in each Member State for the various Article 2 qualities of calves and adult bovine animals and for the meat of those animals ; Ihis Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1 974 .
