REGULATION EEC No 3551 / 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 December 1973 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 364/73 adopting special measures for new Member States for white sugar used in the chemical industry

Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/ An idc 1 67/ EEC (3) of 18 December 1967 on the common organization of the market in sugar, as last amended Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC) No 364/73 is by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 928/73 (4), and in particular replaced by the following : Article 9 (8 ) thereof ; ' 1 .
