REGULATION (EEC ) No 3575 /73 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 December 1973 on the opening of a tariff quota for new potatoes falling within subheading No 07.01 A II of the Common Customs Tariff for 1974 originating in Cyprus

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, should be applied consistently to all imports of the product in question until the quota is used up, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and in particular Article 113 thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Article 1
