REGULATION ( EEC) No 3580/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 28 December 1973 increasing the Community tariff quota of unwrought zinc falling within subheading No 79.01 A of the Common Customs Tariff

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular The amount provided for in Article 1 of Regulation Article 28 thereof; (EEC ) No 2741 /72 shall be increased to 20 700 metric tons . Having consulted the Commission ; Article 2 The Community reserve provided for in Article 2 (2 ) Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 2741/72 (*) . of Régulation (EEC) No 2741 /72 shall be increased of 19 December 1972 opened and allocated among to 2 700 metric tons . the Member States a Community tariff quota for 1973 of 20 000 metric tons for unwrought zinc Article 3 falling within subheading No 79.01 A of the Common Customs Tariff; whereas exceptionally, it This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of is opportune to increase the initial quota by 700 its publication in the Official Journal of the metric tons, European Communities.
