Whereas it follows from applying the rules outlined to Regulation (EEC) No 16/74, are hereby altered, above to the present situation on the market in in respect of the products listed in the Annex to this cereals, and in particular to quotations or prices for Regulation, to the amounts shown therein. these products within the Community and on the world market, that the export levies, fixed by Re­ gulation (EEC ) No 16/74 ( x ), should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation, Article 2 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on 9 January 1974 . The levies referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) 1st indent of Regulation ( EEC ) No 1968/73 as fixed in the Annex

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
