REGULATION ( EEC) No 100 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 January 1974 fixing for the 1973/74 sugar marketing year the maximum amount of the contri­ bution to storage costs which sugar manufacturers may require of beet and cane producers when sugar is carried forward
