REGULATION ( EEC) No 163 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 January 1974 fixing the compensatory amounts for eggs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas in the sector of eggs the calculation of the COMMUNITIES , compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark, Ireland and the United Kingdom results in minimal Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the Acces amounts ; whereas there is therefore no need to fix sion of new Member States to the European Economic compensatory amounts, Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ; Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 237/ 73 (2 ), as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2880 /73 (3 ), of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for Article 1 eggs, and in particular Article 9 (3) thereof ; Whereas the compensatory amounts for egg products The amounts provided for in Article 4 of Regulation were fixed by Council Regulation ( EEC) No 237/ 73 (EEC) No 237/73 as compensatory amounts for eggs, and Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2053 / 73 (4 ) of ovalbumin and lactalbumin for the period of 25 July 1973 ; whereas , however, the compensatory February, March and April 1974 are fixed at 0 . amounts are determined in accordance with Article 4 of Regulation ( EEC) No 237 / 73 where the situation envisaged in Article 7 of Council Regulation ( EEC) Article 2 No 229 / 73 (5 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February cereals arises ; 1974 .
