REGULATION ( EEC) No 164/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 January 1974 fixing the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas in the sector of poultrymeat the calculation COMMUNITIES , of the compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark, Ireland and the United Kingdom results in minimal Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the Acces amounts ; whereas there is therefore no need to fix sion of new Member States to the European Economic compensatory amounts, Community, and the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ;
