REGULATION ( EEC) No 177 /74 OF THE COUNCIL of 21 January 1974 extending the time limit provided for in Article 63 ( 1 ) of the Act of Accession

Whereas in Article 63 ( 1 ) of the Act a transitional period up to 31 January 1974 is provided in order to Article 2 take into account the difficulties which the new Member States may experience in applying the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February common organization of the markets ; 1 974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
