REGULATION ( EEC) No 182/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 January 1974 fixing the refunds applicable to cereals and wheat or rye flour, groats and meal

Article 1 Whereas Article 3 of Regulation No 139/ 67/ EEC defines the specific criteria to be taken into account when the refund on cereals is being calculated ; The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (a), (b) and (c) of Regulation No 120 / 67/ EEC, exported in the natural state , are hereby fixed as shown in the Annex Whereas these specific criteria are defined, as far as to this Regulation . wheat and rye flour, groats and meal are concerned, in Article 4 of Regulation No 139/67/ EEC ; whereas, Article 2 furthermore , when the refund on these products is beirig calculated, account must be taken of the quanti­ ties of cereals required for their manufacture ; whereas This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 January 1974 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
