REGULATION ( EEC) No 193/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 18 January 1974 on the opening of an invitation to tender for the supply of skimmed-milk powder to the International Red Cross Committee as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products,
