REGULATION ( EEC) No 281 /74 OF THE COUNCIL of 30 January 1974 including further products in the list given in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 establishing common rules for imports from third countries

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN be authorized to bring such list up to date and to have COMMUNITIES, it published,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 of 25 May 1970 Q ) establishing common Article 1 rules for imports from third countries, and in parti­ cular Article 2 thereof ; The products indicated in the Annex to this Regula­ tion shall be included in the list given in Annex I to Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Regulation (EEC) No 1025/70 .
