REGULATION ( EEC) No 303 / 74 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 February 1974 on imports of olive oil from Morocco

Article 5 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : The levy referred to in Article 4 shall be fixed by the Commission . accordance with the prpcedure laid down in Article 38 A rticle 8 of Regulation No 136 /66 / EEC. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of Article 7 the entry into force of the Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters signed on 20 July 1973 Council Regulation ( EEC) No 463 /71 ( ] ) of 1 March amending Article 5 of Annex 1 to the Agreement (2) 1971 on imports of olive oil from Morocco is establishing an Association between the European repealed . Economic Community and the Kingdom of Morocco.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
