REGULATION ( EURATOM ) No 328 / 74 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 February 1974 altering the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establish ment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Federal Republic of Germany
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas staff salary changes covered by the Bundesan COMMUNITIES , gestelltentarifvertrag and the Manteltarifvertrag fur Arbeiter des Bundes justify a further amendment of Having regard to the Treaty establishing a single Regulation No 9 / 65/ Euratom , Council and a single Commission of the European Communities ; Having regard to the Staff Regulations of Officials of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : the European Communities and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Article 1 Communities laid down by Regulation (EEC, Euratom , ECSC) No 259 /68 (') as last amended by Regulation ( EEC, Euratom , ECSC ) No 2/74 (2 ), and in 'A special allowance of one month s basic salary' shall be substituted for 'a special allowance of two thirds of particular Article 94 of the Conditions of Employ the basic monthly salary' and ' DM 50' shall be substi ment of Other Servants ; tuted for 'DM 30' in Article 3 (c) of Regulation 9/ 65/ Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Euratom .
Whereas, in Regulation No 9/65/ Euratom (3), as last amended by Regulation ( Euratom) No 2010/73 (4), the Article 2 Council laid down the conditions governing remunera tion and social security for established staff of the This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Joint Research Centre employed in the Federal Repu following its publication in the Official Journal of blic of Germany ; the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
