REGULATION (EEC) No 351 /74 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 February 1974 altering the export refunds on pigmeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Pigmeat, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Whereas if the rules cited in Regulation (EEC) No 191 /74 are applied to the figures at present available to the Commission , it becomes apparent that the Article 2 export refunds on the products listed in the Annex to this Regulation should be altered as indicated in that This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March Annex ; 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
