REGULATION ( EEC) No 390/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 February 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 274/74 on adaptation in the pigmeat sector of the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for lard

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Pigmeat, Having regard to the Treaty ( J ) concerning the Acces­ sion of new Member States to the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 234/73 (2), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2879/73 (3), of 31 January 1973 laying down general Article 1 rules for a system of compensatory amounts for pigmeat, and in particular Article 8 (2) thereof ; The amount of '3-27 mentioned in Article 1 of Regu­ lation (EEC) No 274/74 is replaced by the amount of Whereas the amounts applicable in the pigmeat sector '3-277'. as compensatory amounts for lard were adapted by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 274/74 (4) of 31 January 1974 ; Article 2 Whereas verification has shown that owing to an error the amounts do not correspond to those voted for by This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its the Management Committee ; whereas it is necessary publication in the Official Journal of the European to alter Regulation (EEC) No 274/74 ; Communities.
