REGULATION (EEC) No 407/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 February 1974 altering the refunds on exports of certain milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the rules and COMMUNITIES, other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 395 /74 to the information at present available to the Commission that the export refunds at present Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ in force should be altered , pean Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 804/ Article 1 68 ( x ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products as last The refunds on the products listed in Article 17 of amended by the Act (2) annexed to the Treaty (3) on Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 exported in the the Accession of new Member States to the European natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation Economic Community and the European Atomic ( EEC) No 395/74 are hereby fixed, for the products Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January under Common Customs Tariff heading No 04.04 1972, and in particular Article 17 (5 ) thereof ; E I b ) ex 5 ( aa), at 22-00 u.a. / lOO kg.

Article 2 Whereas the export refunds on milk and milk products were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 395 /74 (4 ) ; February 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
