REGULATION ( EEC) No 462/ 74 OF. THE COMMISSION of 25 February 1974 extending Regulation (EEC) No 442/74 on protective measures for beef and veal to Belgium and Luxembourg

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN and whereas it is therefore necessary to accede to the COMMUNITIES , applications of the two Member States,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 805/68 (^ of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended In Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 442/74, the by Regulation (EEC) No 1 87/73 (2), and in particular words ' France of Italy' shall be superseded by the Article 21 (2) thereof ; words ' in Belgium, France, Italy or Luxembourg'.
