REGULATION ( EEC) No 613 /74 OF THE COUNCIL of 20 March 1974 on the opening , allocation and administration of a Community tariff quota for certain oils and fats of fish and marine mammals
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , CCT heading Description No Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 ex 15.12 Animal or vegetable oils and fats, whol thereof ; ly or partly hydrogenated , or solidified or hardened by any other process, whe ther or not refined , but not further pre pared : Whereas difficulties exist in supplying Community ex B. Article3¶
Article 1 1 . Member States shall ensure that importers of these products established on their territory have free access to the shares allocated to them . Until 31 December 1974, the Common Customs Tariff duty for the following products shall be 2 . Article4¶
The Member States shall periodically inform the Commission of the imports actually charged against their shares . The Tariff quota provided for in this Regulation is hereby opened for 1974. Article 5
