REGULATION ( EEC) No 646/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 March 1974 amending for the third time Regulation ( EEC) No 320 /73 as regards the determi­ nation of the price of adult bovine animals on the representative markets

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN fore appropriate to adapt the coefficient referring to COMMUNITIES, this quality ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 805/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by Regulation ( EEC) No 187/73 (2), and in particular Article 10 ( 6) thereof ; Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 320/73 (3) of 31 January 1973 on the determination of prices of The live-weight conversion coefficient '49 laid down calves and adult bovine animals on representative in Annex II, F 2 a) of Regulation (EEC) No 320/73 Community markets, as last amended by Regulation concerning the 'Vacche 2a qualita' is replaced by the coefficient ' 50-5'.
