REGULATION (EEC) No 757/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 1 April 1974 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2588/69 establishing the list of airline companies to which the Community transit guarantee waiver applies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Sole Article Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No The list, revised by Regulation (EEC) No 2625/73, 542/69 (*) of 18 March 1969 on Community Transit, annexed to Regulation (EEC) No 2588/69 shall be amended as follows : and in particular Article 45 thereof ; Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No (a) 'Aer Lingus Teoranta (Irish International), Dublin ' 2588/69 (2) of 22 December 1969, as last amended by shall be replaced by 'Aer Lingus Teoranta (Irish Regulation (EEC) No 2625/73 (3) established a list of Airlines), Dublin' ; airline companies exempt from providing the guarantee required within the framework of the (b) The following companies shall be added Community transit system ; — after 'Austrian Airlines, Wien , insert 'Austrian Airtransport, Österreichische Whereas the reasons governing the establishment of Flugbetriebs GmbH, Wien' ; this list equally leads to the addition of other airline — after Aviation . . . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
