REGULATION ( EEC) No 803 /74 OF THE COMMISSION . of 3 April 1974 abolishing the compensatory amount for imports of certain olive oils origi­ nating in or coming from Spain

Having regard to Council Regulation No 143/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 67/ EEC (3 ) of 21 June 1967 on the compensatory amount applicable to imports of certain vegetable oils, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2077/71 (4), Article 1 and in particular Article 6 thereof ; Regulation (EEC) No 502/73 is hereby repealed.
