REGULATION ( EEC ) No 849/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 9 April 1974 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers imported from Greece

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 (2) of COMMUNITIES , Regulation ( EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of these Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European products from Greece can be abolished , Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 103 5/72 ( 1 ) of 18 May 1972 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in fruit and vegetables as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2745 / 72 (2 ), and in Article 1 particular Article 27 (2) thereof ; Regulation (EEC) No 751 /74 is hereby repealed . Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC ) No 751 / 74 (3 ) of 29 March 1974 , introduced a countervailing charge Article 2 on cucumbers imported from Greece ; Whereas, for this product imported from Greece, This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 April 1974 . there were no prices for six consecutive working days ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
