allocating the Community quantitative export quotas for certain types of copper ash and residues and for certain types of copper, lead, aluminium waste and scrap

Article2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. It shall remain in force until 31 De­ cember 1974 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
