REGULATION ( EEC) No 890 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 16 April 1974 repealing the export refunds on eggs for the period beginning 1 May 1974

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it is therefore necessary to repeal Regulation COMMUNITIES, ( EEC) No 130 /74 ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the Management Committee for Poultrymeat Economic Community ; and Eggs has not delivered an Opinion within the time set by its Chairman , Having regard to Council Regulation No 122/67/ EEC ( J ) of 13 June 1967 on the common organization of the market in eggs , as last amended by the Act (2) on the conditions of Accession and Adjustments to the HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Treaties , and in particular the first sentence of the fifth subparagraph of Article 9 (2) thereof ; Article 1 Whereas export refunds on eggs for the period begin­ ning 1 February 1974 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 130/74 is repealed . Regulation ( EEC) No 130 /74 (3 ) of 17 January 1974 ;

Whereas the situation both on the world market and in the Community is such that for the present it is Article 2 neither necessary nor opportune to fix export refunds on eggs for the period beginning 1 May 1974 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
