REGULATION ( EEC) No 937 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 April 1974 fixing the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for pigmeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN amounts for products falling under heading No 15.01 COMMUNITIES , A of the Common Customs Tariff, are fixed in accor dance with Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 234/73 ; Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the Acces sion of new Member States to the European Economic Whereas in the sector of pigmeat the calculation of Community, and the European Atomic Energy the compensatory amounts results in minimal Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ; amounts ; whereas there is therefore no need to fix compensatory amounts , Having regard to Council ■ Regulation (EEC) No 234/73 (2), as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 2879/73 (3 ), of 31 January 1973 laying down general HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : rules for a system of compensatory amounts for pigmeat, and in particular Article 8 (3) thereof ; Article 1 Whereas compensatory amounts for pigmeat products The amounts referred to in Article 3 of Regulation were laid down in Council Regulation ( EEC) No (EEC) No 234/73 and applicable as compensatory 234/73 and Commission Regulation ( EEC) No amounts for pigmeat for the period 1 May to 31 July 2056 /73 (4 ) of 27 July 1973 , as amended by Regula 1974 are fixed at 0 , except for amounts for products tion ( EEC) No 2787/73 (5 ) ; whereas, however, if the falling under heading No 15.01 A of the Common situation referred to in Article 7 of Council Regula Customs Tariff . tion ( EEC) No 229 /73 ( 6) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for a system of compensatory Article 2 amounts for cereals should arise , the amounts appli cable as compensatory amounts, except from the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1974.
