REGULATION ( EEC) No 952/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 April 1974 fixing the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN down general rules for the system of compensatory COMMUNITIES, amounts for cereal arises ; Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the Acces Whereas in the sector of poultrymeat the calculation sion of new Member States to the European Economic of the compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark, Community, and the European Atomic Energy Ireland and the United Kingdom results in minimal Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ; amounts ; whereas there is therefore no need to fix compensatory amounts, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 235/73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : poultrymeat, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2880/ 73 (3 ), and in particular Article 8 (3) thereof ; Article 1 Whereas the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat The amounts provided for in Article 3 of Regulation products were fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No (EEC) No 235/73 as compensatory amounts for poul 235/73 and Commission Regulation (EEC) No trymeat for the period of May, June and July 1974 are 2054/73 (4) of 25 July 1973 ; whereas, however, the fixed at 0 . compensatory amounts are determined in accordance with Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 235/73 where Article 2 the situation envisaged in Article 7 of Council Regula tion (EEC) No 229/73 (5) of 31 January 1973 laying This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
