on fixation of additional amounts and stating the reasons for monetary compen satory amounts for certain pigmeat products

Whereas the Management Committee for pigmeat has Article 2 not delivered an opinion within the time-limit set by its Chairman , The compensatory amount granted because of a lower value of a currency cannot exceed the amount of levy fixed according to the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of Regulation No 121 / 67/ EEC .
Article 1 Article 3 The additional amounts provided for in Article 13 of Regulation No 121 /67/EEC, are fixed as shown in the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1974.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
