REGULATION ( EEC ) No 1089/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 May 1974 fixing the import levies on white sugar and raw sugar

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the information at present available to the Commis­ COMMUNITIES , sion that the levies at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/ 67/ EEC (') of 18 December 1967 on the common Article 1 organization of the market in sugar, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 928 / 73 (2), and in particular The levies referred to in Article 14(1 ) of Regulation Article 14(7) thereof ; No 1009 /67/ EEC are , in respect of white sugar and Whereas the import levies on white sugar and raw standard quality raw sugar, hereby fixed as shown in sugar were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 738 /73 (3 ) the Annex to this Regulation . and subsequent amending Regulations ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 1*738 /73 This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 May 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
