REGULATION ( EEC) No 1103 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 May 1974 amending the export refunds on cereal-based compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN No 1044/74 to the information at present available to COMMUNITIES, the Commission that the export refunds at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation , Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 67/EEC ( l ) of 13 June 1967 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regu­ Article 1 lation (EEC) No 1 346/73 (2), and in particular the The export refunds on the compound feedingstuffs second sentence of the fourth subparagraph of Article 16 (2) thereof ; covered by Regulation No 120/67/ EEC and subject to Regulation (EEC) No 968 /68 (4) fixed in the Annex to Whereas the export refunds on cereal-based Regulation (EEC) No 1044/74, are altered as shown in compound feedingstuffs are fixed by Regulation (EEC) the Annex to this Regulation . No 1044/74 (3 ); Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 May 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
