REGULATION (EEC) No 1118/74 OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 1974 fixing the amount of aid for cotton seeds for the 1974/75 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas Article 1 of Regulation (EEC ) No 1516/71 provides that the amount of ^d be fixed annually for cotton seeds produced within the Community Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ so as to ensure a fair income for the producer, taking pean Economic Community, and in particular Ar­ account of the market situation and foreseeable ticle 43 thereof; market trends, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1516/71 (*) of 12 July 1971 introducing a system of aid for cotton seeds, and in particular Article 1 (3 ) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : thereof;

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; Sole Article Having regard to the Opinion of the European Parliament ; For the 1974/75 marketing year the amount of aid Having regard to the Opinion of the Economic and referred to in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC ) No 1516/ Social Committee ; 71 shall be 83-60 units of account per hectare.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
