REGULATION (EEC) No 1121 /74 OF THE COUNCIL

of 29 April 1974 fixing the production and market target prices and the intervention price for olive oil for the 1974/75 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas the application of these criteria entails fixing the production and market target prices and the intervention price at the same level as that Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ adopted for the preceding marketing year, pean Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/ EEC ( 1 ) of 22 September 1966 on the establishment Article 1 of a common organization of the market in oils and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1707/ The prices for olive oil tor the 1974/75 marketing 73 (2), and in particular by the first paragraph of year shall be : Article 4 thereof;
