REGULATION (EEC) No 1122/74 OF THE COUNCIL

of 29 April 1974 fixing the target prices and basic intervention prices for oil seeds for the 1974/75 marketing year

Whereas the prices of oil seeds must be fixed for (b ) with an impurity content of 2% and, for seeds specific standard qualities ; whereas the latter should as such, a humidity and oil content of 10% and be laid down in relation to the average qualities of 40% respectively in the case of sunflower seeds.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States . Done at Luxembourg, 29 April 1974.
