fixing cereal prices for the 1974/75 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , and intended trends of production, the uses made of those cereals and the improvement of farm incomes ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Whereas application of these criteria entails fixing Article 43 thereof; prices at levels higher than those adopted for the preceding marketing year, Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/ EEC (*) of 13 June 1967 on the common organization of the market in cereals, as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC) No 1125/74 (2), and in particular Article 2 (4 ) thereof; Article 1

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; For the 1974/75 marketing year, the target prices for cereals, the basic intervention price for common Having regard to the Opinion of the European wheat and the guaranteed minimum price for durum Parliament ; wheat shall be as follows :
