REGULATION (EEC) No 1131 /74 OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 1974 fixing intervention prices for paddy rice for the 1974/75 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN (EEC) No 1130/74 (3 ) of 29 April 1974 fixing the COMMUNITIES , target price for husked rice for the 1974/75 marketing year, in accordance with the criteria set out in Article 4 (3 ) of Regulation No 359/67/EEC ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas application of these criteria entails fixing the same intervention prices for Aries and Vercelli Having regard to Council Regulation No 359 /67/ at a level higher than that adopted for the preceding EEC (*) of 25 July 1967 on the common organization marketing year, of the market in rice, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 1129/74 ( 2 ), and in particular Article 4 (4 ) thereof;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Having regard to the Opinion of the European Sole Article Parliament ;

Whereas the Aries and Vercelli intervention prices For the 1974/75 marketing year, the Aries and for paddy rice must be derived from the target Vercelli intervention prices for paddy rice shall be price for husked rice, fixed by Council Regulation 13·655 units of account per 100 kilogrammes.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
