REGULATION (EEC) No 1162/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 8 May 1974 concerning the sale of beef and veal held by intervention agencies at prices fixed in advance at a standard rate
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Beef and COMMUNITIES, Veal has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its Chairman , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 ( ! ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 1 87/73 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof ; 1 . Frozen beef and veal taken over by intervention agencies before 1 April 1974 shall be put up for sale Whereas, at present, an important feature of the at prices fixed in advance at a standard rate (5). Community beef and veal market is the existence of stocks built up as the result of buying-in ; whereas in 2.
