REGULATION ( EEC) No 1176/ 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 6 May 1974 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 470 /73 of 31 January 1973 , laying down general rules for the application of the compensatory amounts applicable to colza and rape seed produced in the new Member States
