REGULATION (EEC) No 1188 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 10 May 1974 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers imported from Bulgaria

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 (2) of COMMUNITIES, Regulation ( EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled and the countervailing charge on imports of these Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European products from Bulgaria can be abolished, Economic Community ;

Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 103 1 /74 (3 ) of 29 April 1974 , introduced a counter­ Article 2 vailing charge on cucumbers imported from Bulgaria ; Whereas, for this product imported from Bulgaria, This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 1 May 1974 . there were no prices for six consecutive working days ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
