REGULATION (EEC) No 1207/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 13 May 1974 fixing the minimum prices for exports to third countries of corms, bulbs and tubers of begonias, dahlias, gladioli and sinningias
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN be varied according to country of destination, COMMUNITIES, marketing conditions and size ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Live Trees and Other Plants, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Bulbs, Roots and the Like, Cut Flowers and Orna 234/68 (J) of 27 February 1968 on the establishment mental Foliage, of a common organization of the market in live trees and other plants, bulbs, roots and the like, cut flowers and ornamental foliage, and in particular Article 7 ( 1 ) HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : thereof ; Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1767/68 (2) of 6 November 1968 on the system of The minimum prices for the export year 1 June 1974 minimum prices for exports to third countries of flow to 31 May 1975 are hereby fixed, for each product, as ering corms, bulbs and tubers, as last amended by shown in the Annex . Regulation (EEC) No 468/74 (3) of 26 February 1974, provides that the minimum export prices for the Article 2 species in question must be fixed each year and are applicable to products harvested in the year following This Regulation shall enter into force on the third 1 day that in which they were fixed ; whereas, for the export following its publication in the Official Journal of year 1 June 1974 to 31 May 1975, these prices should the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
