REGULATION (EEC) No 1297/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 22 May 1974 reintroducing Common Customs Tariff duties on cotton yarn , not put up for retail sale, falling within subheading No 55.05 A, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3578/73 of 28 December 1973 apply

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Article 1
