REGULATION (EEC) No 1387/74 OF THE COMMISSION of 4 June 1974 fixing the conversion factors to be applied to the buying-in price for apples fixed in Council Regulation (EEC) No 1385/74

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Regulation (EEC) No 1 203/73 (4) of 4 May 1973 COMMUNITIES, should be retained for the month of June ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Fruit and Vegetables, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 (') of 18 May 1972 on the common organiza tion of the market in fruit and vegetables, as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2745/72 (2), and in particular Article 1 6 (4) thereof ; Article 1
