Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No 1294/74 is hereby repealed. 1294/74 (3) of 22 May 1974, amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 346/74 (4), introduced a countervailing charge on tomatoes imported from Romania ; Article 2 Whereas, for this product imported from Romania, there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 June 1974.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
