REGULATION ( EEC) No 1458 / 74 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 June 1974 on the sale at flat-rate prices fixed in advance of certain beef held by the Irish intervention agency and intended for export
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Beef and Veal ,
Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/ 68 0 of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza Article 1 tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 187/73 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof ; 1 . By derogation from Article 5 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 216/69 the price is paid pro rata on the quantities removed as the goods leave the warehouse and at the latest on the day preceding each removal . Article 4 3 . By derogation from Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 216/69 the minimum selling quantity is 60 metric tons . Demands may not be submitted before 19 June 1974. 4. The delivery points and the sale quantities are listed in the Annex .
Article3¶
1 . By way of derogation from Article 4 ( 1 ) of Regu lation (EEC) No 216/69 , the deposit shall be 57 u.a . This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 June per 100 kg of the product. 1974 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
