REGULATION (EEC) No 1470/74 OF THE COUNCIL of 4 June 1974 fixing for the 1974 harvest the amounts of the premium granted to purchasers of leaf tobacco

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the amount of the premium theoretically COMMUNITIES , applicable to all tobaccos of the relevant variety is to be fixed, for each of the varieties produced in the Community and for the corresponding reference Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ quality, per kilogramme of leaf tobacco which has pean Economic Community ; not undergone first processing and preparation for market ;

variety, since the value of this quality is substantially HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : lower than that of the reference quality;
